Conditions of payment 25% of the total price is to be paid at the time of booking to GuideGunnar`s bank account.

The rest is to be paid at the latest 30 days before the date when the tour commences. If booking take place less than 30 days before this date, the whole price shall be paid by the time of booking.

5% STUDENT DISCOUNT
On all day trips. Only valid by pre-booking and advance payment to GuideGunnar`s account.

Terms for payment through PayPal for the activities of GuideGunnar.

Do not make any payment before you have received a confirmation of the tour from GuideGunnar. Then you will also receive a link to where you can pay your choice of tours.

You will not be able to pay a deposit of 25 %, the way you can do by bank transfer. You may either wait until 30 days before tour date or pay the whole amount at once. If it is less than 30 days left to tour date, the whole amount must be paid, according to GuideGunnar's terms for booking and payment.

All prices are exclusive of transaction fees (2,7%).

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING
If the client cancels the booking at least 30 days before the date of the tour, the whole sum will be returned. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the tour date, GuideGunnar will keep 50% of the paid sum, to cover lost profit and other costs. If cancellation takes place less than 14 days before date of tour, GuideGunnar will keep the whole sum.

In case of sudden illness, the whole amount will be refunded to the client without reference to any time limits, by the presentation of a valid medical sertificate. If the tour is cancelled by GuideGunnar, the whole amount will be refunded.

The Gateway to the Arctic
At nearly 70 degrees north, between the islands, fjords and mountain peaks, you find Tromsø - The Gateway to the Arctic. A century ago, visitors were surprised to find culture and the current fashions so far north,
and it got the name Paris of the North. Visitors are charmed by a characteristic city centre, a live and active cultural life, the Northern Lights, Polar Night, Midnight Sun, exiting attractions, good possibilities for excursions and widely varying weather. It is from here GuideGunnar will bring you to experience the Arctic!

Private guide
If you would like to have GuideGunnar as your private guide all to yourself, you will have to add the actual costs to the prices below. These costs can be such as transportation, meals and equipment, which otherwise is included in the price of each event. If you are a family, one or more couples, a small group of friends etc. and you would like to have me as your own, private guide, no one outside your group will participate in your chosen trip. A price offer which includes the additional costs will be sent as soon as I receive your request.

Prices for private guide - for small groups:
NOK 3000: 9 am - 5 pm / NOK 3500: 6 pm - 1 am / NOK 5600: 24 hour
