"If GuideGunnar cancels the tour, due to poor weather, difficult driving conditions, illness or other causes which prevents GuideGunnar from arranging the tour, the entire amount will be refunded, minus the cost of bank transfers or PayPal's fees.
In such cases, cancellation of the tour may happen shortly before departure. It is therefore important that clients supply GuideGunnar with their contact information, such as mobile (cell) phone number, and name and address to their accomodation."
On NTW Røros 2013 some tour operators was talking about the problem a cancellation can cause for them and for the clients, but what can we do, and what can be the best plan for make them happy by a cancellation..?
Most of us are small guide company, and in the high season are all of our colleagues fully booked too, so there`s only one tour I can give them as the 2nd choice, and that`s a tour with a 50-seats coach, but is that a good alternative.
